Attended the Oceania Conference of the International Association of Facilitators in Adelaide in early March. Nelli Noakes and the rest of the organising committee did a great job running the conference. Meeting other facilitators and sharing tips and stories was reinvigorating and the sessions I attended were excellent. I ran a session on Facilitating in Organisations.
